The Kenneth C.
Rowe Management Building is a 120, 000 ft² facility housing the
Business Administration, Public Administration, Information
Management and Resource and Environmental Studies schools of the
University's Faculty of Management. The building features a five
story atrium with walkway, and was designed using sustainable,
environmentally responsible practices, such as Daylight Harvesting,
Enthalpy Heat Recovery, and Energy Efficient Heat Pump System.
The building was designed to be LEED
compliant and energy efficient. Full advantage was taken of
opportunities to use natural light and heat recovery both in the
cetnral atrium and facultly offices. The lecture halls are state of
the art with lighting, power and communications system integrated
with the space design.
