110,000 ft.2 high-tech building is the head office for the rapidly growing high tech company Xwave.  M & R Engineering designed the mechanical and electrical systems.  Mechanical systems include plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, total direct digital controls, sprinklers, standpipe system and inert gas fire suppression system for the server room.  Mechanical systems include dedicated air conditioning units for the Server Room and Communications Equipment Room.

Electrical systems include exterior parking lot lighting, underground primary power and communications services, service entrance, electrical distribution, interior lighting – indirect and direct, low voltage lighting control, raceway system for power distribution to systems furniture, communications pathways – cable tray and conduit, emergency lighting, exit lighting, security and fire alarm.
